First off, THANK YOU so much for your support and for checking out our page!
Our names are Bozena and Leon, and we are the faces behind Thyme & Date. We are a local charcuterie business that brings fairly priced and aesthetically pleasing boards to the Dallas Metroplex.
We both went to Texas Tech University (WRECK EM’!) where we became fast friends. Over the years, we built a dream of starting a business together, and thanks to the 2020 pandemic, that is exactly what happened! All great ideas start from somewhere, and ours was a little mix of wine, friendship, cheese, job loss, and a sprinkle of "F** It - it’s now or never!”
Thyme & Date started in July of 2020. We are a rapidly growing small business eager to expand and open a shop in the Dallas Central area! We “shop local” as often as possible to do our part in supporting our surrounding community and to build a strong network of growing small businesses!
