We cater events across the DFW Metroplex, offering delivery or pickup for most products. We even travel out of DFW to destination weddings & events!
When inquiring about travel please provide an exact address to the location/venue so we can calculate the travel fee and include it in the quote!

Once you have an idea of what you are interested in, you can either fill out the quote form on the Grazing Table tab or send us an email at booking@thymeandate.com, or give us a call at (214)-430-3823.
After we have confirmed the details with you, we will send over an official proposal for you to approve. Once the proposal is approved, we require a 20% deposit and a signed booking contract to be considered fully booked with us!

Our "Flat lay" Grazing Table is built to the length of your choice on cut-to-size thick brown kraft paper over a wooden delivery board. We prebuild this graze in our kitchen and wrap it with all serving utensils and bowls. We arrive onsite and slide the graze off our delivery board, leaving behind your Flat lay Grazing Table on our kraft paper where we add crackers/bread and light florals & greenery.
Cleanup for the Flat lay is easy! Simply; remove leftovers, roll up the paper and toss this along with all disposable utensils away.
Our "Raised" Grazing Table is a combination of using our Flat lay Grazing Table and our rentals. We typically arrive 1-2 hours in advance at the location/venue, depending on guest count, to set up your graze. We will make a plan ahead of the event to either gather the rentals after your event or leave behind a storage box to retrieve them following the event.
Clean-up for our Raised Grazing Table is dependent on agreed-upon rental pickups (additional fees may apply).

We do not provide a table with each order however, we can provide a table for rent at an additional cost!
We typically build or set the Grazing Table on kitchen islands, countertops, tables, bars, etc...
For our brides, double-check with your venue first. There is typically a table available for use.

Yes, we are a fully insured and licensed catering company.

We book many events months in advance because our calendar fills up quickly! We ask that you give us as much notice as possible when booking a Grazing Table, typically a week if we have availability.
Other orders can be fulfilled within 24-48 hours depending on availability. Please inquire directly to ensure availability. -
We understand things happen and an order may need to be canceled.
Our board order cancellation policy is:
3+ days before your delivery date you will receive a full refund.
2 days before your delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund.
On the day of or the day before your scheduled delivery, you may not be able to receive a refund.
Our Grazing Table cancelation policy is written in our contract & signed upon booking.
